Lal Tara-2

Lal Tara-2

This essay, entitled "Problems of Indian Revolution, their Nature and Resolution", had been written by
25th August 1983 in its original Hindi form and was published in the second issue of the Hindi organ 'LAL
TARA' of the Communist League of India (Marxist Leninist) in December 1983.
We wanted to get it translated in English and publish it at the earliest in the second issue of 'RED STAR',
the English organ of the organisation. But due to unavoidable reasons the work has taken about a year. We areextremely sorry towards the readers of 'RED STAR' for this delay.
In this translation no changes have been made in the contents of the original Hindi text, though we did
come across some minor technical mistakes, which, however, certainly do not influence our propositions. Thisessay is the exact reproduction of the original as prepared on 25th August 1983 and as published in 'LAL TARA-2' (December 1983).
The only corrections made in this English translation are in the statistical tables of chapter 11 where there
were some printing mistakes in the original Hindi essay.
